5. Welche Bücher der hl. Schrift man lesen soll.

Wenn du dein Haus nicht verlassen willst, so setze dich daselbst nieder und lies das Gesetz, die Bücher der Könige, S. 23 die Propheten, singe die Psalmen Davids und durchforsche fleissig die Erfüllung davon, nämlich das Evangelium.

Or if thou stayest at home, read the books of the Law, of the Kings, with the Prophets; sing the hymns of David; and peruse diligently the Gospel, which is the completion of the other.
