Werke Augustinus von Hippo (354-430) Enarrationes in psalmos (CCEL) Expositions on the Book of Psalms
Psalm CXIX.

  1. "For the same Greek word is here too, namely, sphodra: as though he wished himself to be forsaken of God, but not even exceedingly.'"--The author. ↩

  2. 2 Cor. v. 19. ↩
