Works Augustine of Hippo (354-430) Epistulae (CCEL) Letters of St. Augustin
First Division

Letter XXVI.

(a.d. 395.)

To Licentius 1 from Augustin.

  1. Licentius, son of Romanianus, had been a pupil of Augustin when he was in retirement at Cassiacum. In this letter and in the next we see proofs of Augustin's pious solicitude for his welfare. ↩
